Regional Sales Executive - Johannesburg

This is a pure hunter role for someone who wants uncapped earnings and is prepared to go out and take them. If you can prospect hard, close confidently, and back yourself to earn well above a basic salary, this role is built for you. We offer a R10 000 - R13 000 base with

serious

commission upside, zero ceiling on earnings, and complete responsibility of the Johannesburg market for a proven, premium brand.

This is

not a desk job and not an inbound role

. You will be on the road, in meetings, opening doors, and closing deals. If targets motivate you, rejection doesn't scare you, and you want your income to directly reflect your performance, you will thrive here.

Key Requirements

Proven, relevant sales experience (B2B, corporate, or agency sales preferred) Strong closer with confidence in outbound sales Self-motivated, target-driven, and accountable Comfortable working independently without micromanagement Professional, persuasive, and resilient personality Based in Johannesburg and very familiar with Johannesburg Engergetic and friendly personality A relevant BCom degree would be an advantage At least 3 years of experience as a sales representative Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle (required)

What You'll Do

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, walk-ins, meetings) Arrange and attend face-to-face client meetings Build and manage your own sales pipeline Close deals and secure confirmed bookings Report weekly on activity, pipeline, and closed sales Travel across Johannesburg to meet prospective clients

What We Offer

Base salary of R10 000 - R13 000 per month, depending on experience PLUS Commission on all deals personally closed. Potential to earn big salary. Uncapped, performance-driven earning potential The opportunity to grow a key region for an established brand
