Responsibilities: Work closely with the greater risk team to ensure all policy and procedures, and PCI compliance declarations are signed and records are kept.
Share store budgets and targets with store managers monthly.
Request quotes for repairs and maintenance for stores, ensure that the correct authorization is granted and obtain order numbers from ops finance. Follow up to ensure repairs are done.
Process insurance claim between Operations Field and Support Centre
Update our alarm companies with key holders' details. Generate reports and raise concerns of non-compliance by store managers.
Evaluate all audit requirements and ensure that stores and area managers are audit-compliant.
Investigate banking variances and provide feedback to the area managers.
Check CIT reporting to ensure that stores have captured the correct information on the system.
When required, assist the Operations team to collate feedback from store managers or area managers.
Assist with the Training and Development of in-store teams with regards to compliance and business acumen.
Occasionally, travel to stores for Risk Assessments and Analysis.
Support with risk investigations and data analysis when required.
Maintain a strategic approach to the risk channel
