Job Description
Prism Placements and this entrepreneurial business are looking for a Regional Property Manager to oversee and manage the operational efficiency, productivity and operational alignment of the region's property functions.Experience & Requirements:
- Relevant B-degree / diploma
- Min 10years experience where you've looked after no less than 20 commercial / industrial / retail properties across Gauteng
- Own transport / valid drivers license and willingness to travel to sites a must
- Well versed in Afrikaans and English
- Must come from Property or logistics
- R600K - R800 C.T.C. per annum plus fuel and cell
- Midrand
