Job Description
Key Responsibiities
- Oversee and coordinate activities of all branches in the region.
- Provide leadership and support to Branch Managers to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Set and implement short- and long-term goals with Head Office.
- Monitor branch performance, review sales figures, and address issues promptly.
- Conduct regular branch visits to assess operations and resolve problems.
- Act as the main communication link between Top Management and Branch Managers.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management on product, sales, and marketing initiatives.
- 5-year Mid to Senior Managerial experience in Electrical wholesaling
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Proven sales & operational management experience
- Good people management experience
- Experience in dealing with customers
