Regional Operations Manager
Job Description
Feltex is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the management of the day-to-day operations of the KwaZulu-Natal region. The successful incumbent will be responsible for optimal efficiencies, productivity and quality in the manufacturing operations whilst ensuring that stock and inventory metrics are according to sound best business principles.
This role plays a key part in strategic operational decision-making by providing strategic insights, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and driving efficiencies. The Operations Manager will also lead Trim Durban, Trim Fine Needling, Trim Thermofelts and Imvusa Interior Trim team, collaborating closely with plant and group leadership in ensuring that operational practices align with organisational objectives.
