What will you do?
This is a specialist role within SanlamConnect Gauteng South Region. RMM's form part of the regional management team. Managing a marketing budget, the RMM's will be responsible to undertake market research of trends and opportunities, develop regional marketing plans/activities and then co-ordinate their execution in conjunction with the regional management teams and be responsible to manage staff. The RMM will also be responsible to manage the Key Account Specialists.
The RMM's will furthermore influence and build close working relationships with the different product provider specialists operating in the region to ensure all the interactions with brokers are co-ordinated and aligned to the strategy of the region. The RMM's will promote the Sanlam brand with intermediaries. RMM's will also support Broker Consultants and Sales Consultants in their marketing initiatives/campaigns with intermediaries.
