B.Com/B.Sc in Agriculture or equivalent qualification

Responsible for:
Achieving the regionxe2x80x99s revenue and profitability.
Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment, induction, performance management, and growth and development to motivate, engage and retain staff to increase and maintain company performance.
Providing quality mentorship for regional sales representatives while always upholding the companyxe2x80x99s values.
