Job Description
- Demonstrated experience in managing people (employee lifecycle).
- B.Com/B.Sc in Agriculture or equivalent qualification
- Must reside in the area.
- Achieving the regionxe2x80x99s revenue and profitability.
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment, induction, performance management, and growth and development to motivate, engage and retain staff to increase and maintain company performance.
- Providing quality mentorship for regional sales representatives while always upholding the companyxe2x80x99s values.
