Job Description
Our client in the Agricultural (Grain) Industry is seeking the services of a Regional Manager who meet the following requirements:
Minimum requirements
- Matric certificate
- 10 years of grain / silo experience
- 5 Years experience on a management level
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture / Business Management
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Experience in the agricultural sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Analytical accounting
- Risk Management skills
- Negotiation
- Strong administrative skills and organisation ability
- Experience in the management of budgets and costs
- Strong leadership skills
- Managing silo operational activities
- Managing staff
- Managing risks
- Managing the allocated region within set objectives
