Job Description
Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking to fill a position for their Face to Face Division at their head office in Centurion. The Regional manager will be based at their Centurion office and will be responsible for:

- Process and Systems Management
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Product Support (subject matter expert)
- Training
- Campaigns Management
- People Development
- Joint accountability for sales target achievement through Sales Support
Requirements:
Qualification and Experience
Essential
- Relevant B Degree and/or equivalent NQF7
- Higher Certificate / Diploma in the insurance industry
- FAIS accredited
- Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 management experience in the insurance sales support space
- Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 management experience with emphasis on people management
- Strong flair for numbers and an ability to augment business rationale with supporting calculations
- Solid understanding of Risk, Compliance and Training requirements in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding systems and process management
- Excellent track record of successfully leading large sales admin/support teams
- Solid Business understanding with specific focus to sales optimization as well as performance drive of the Agents / Advisors
