Lead and expand Rahvolt's operations and sales teams across South Africa. Develop market strategies to boost adoption of solar and storage solutions. Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and government stakeholders.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in
renewable energy, engineering, or sales management
. Deep understanding of South Africa's energy market and regulations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills (English required). Technical background (electrical/energy systems) is a plus.What We Offer:
