Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Bachelor's Degree (3 years) / NQF Level 7 (Essential)
- 7+ years of operational execution experience within an FMCG environment, with a strong focus on Logistics and warehousing.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software solutions.
- Consistently delivers against strategic and operational goals, taking ownership of results and driving corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensures all logistics operations are aligned with company policy, safety regulations, and customer service expectations.
