Title: Regional General Manager Location: Witbank

The opportunity that awaits you: Calling all seasoned strategic sales and operational professionals looking to showcase their skillset in a Regional General Manager role based in Witbank. My client is an industry leader within African markets with more than two decades of industry experience operating within heavy industrial and mining industry. Your key responsibilities:
- Lead performance of the regional management team
- Execute and deliver on the Safety & Environmental Standards
- Develop operations and commercial budget for the regional
- Ensure implementation of companies Financial Control Policies and procedures
- Create defined goals and metrics for stuff.
- Implement operating disciplines and support effective demand planning initiatives.
- Oversee the departmentxe2x80x99s sales strategy.
- Implement regional pricing strategies and effective sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and key accounts.
- 5 years General Management experience at middle to senior management level
- Minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a Sales or Commercial function as senior or middle management
- Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managing a multi-branch operation across South Africa
- Experience in a rental industry with short- and long-term rentals xe2x80x93 preferably in the mining, construction, heavy and light industrial sectors.
- Firsthand experience and a proven track record of successfully growing a regionxe2x80x99s revenue, profitability and ROIC.
