? Regional Finance Manager
? Location: Brits, North West

Salary Range: R700/R900 000.00 per annum

We're looking for a dynamic Regional Financial Manager to take charge of financial operations across multiple stores in the North West Area. If you thrive on leadership, strategy, and driving results, this is your chance to shine!
What You'll Do
? Lead and inspire a regional finance team
? Drive operational plans and achieve profitability targets
? Oversee month-end and annual financial statements
? Contribute to stock control and risk management
? Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
? Promote values of honesty, respect, accountability, and energy
What We're Looking For
? Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting or higher financial qualification
- Honours degree or equivalent (CA(SA) preferred)
- 7+ years in senior financial management within retail or FMCG
- Leadership & people management
- Strategic planning & decision-making
- Risk management & budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Customer-centric mindset
