???? Regional Finance Manager
??? Location: Brits, North West
??? Industry: Retail / FMCG
Salary Range: R 700 000.00/R 900 000.00 per annum
What You'll Do:
- a? Lead and inspire a regional finance team
- a? Drive operational plans and achieve profitability targets
- a? Oversee month-end and annual financial statements
- a? Contribute to stock control and risk management
- a? Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- a? Promote values of honesty, respect, accountability, and energy
- ???? Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting or higher financial qualification
- Honours Degree or equivalent (CA(SA) preferred)
- ???? Experience:
- 7+ years in senior financial management within retail or FMCG
- ??? Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership & people management
- Strategic planning & decision-making
- Risk management & budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
