Are you a commercially driven finance leader ready to make a regional impact? A JSE-listed services conglomerate seeks an experienced Regional Financial Manager to join their dynamic team based in Johannesburg North.
This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, operationally focused environments and enjoys partnering with leadership to drive business performance.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Financial leadership & reporting
• Compliance & governance
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Operational finance
• Stakeholder management
• Ad hoc and strategic support

Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, ideally within a regional, multi-site or operationally driven environment
• Strong background in audit, compliance and operational finance

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and leadership capability
• High proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
• Strategic mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
