Regional Financial Manager
Job Description
SUMMARY:
An established business, within a fast-paced, operationally intensive industry, is looking for a hands-on Financial Manager to join their Durban-based team and take full ownership of the finance function.
POSITION INFO:
This is a high-impact role best suited to a professional who thrives in a changing environment and enjoys getting involved in the detail. Reporting into a larger group, the position requires someone who can adapt quickly, solve problems on the go, and guide the business with reliable financial information. The ability to manage people effectively, while remaining hands-on, is key to success in this role.
Other Duties Include:
- Full ownership of monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and submissions to group
- Cash flow, working capital, VAT, tax and payroll compliance management
- Preparation of annual financial statements and year-end audit support
- Oversight of debtors, creditors, reconciliations and internal controls
- Development and leadership of the finance team and process improvements

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a full finance function role
