Job Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Financial Manager to join a well-established organization operating within the multi-branch operational services industry. This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, operationally focused environments and enjoys partnering with leadership to drive business performance.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Compliance & Governance
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Operational Finance
- Stakeholder Management
- Ad-Hoc and Strategic Support
- CA(SA)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, ideally within a regional, multi-site or operationally driven environment
- Strong background in audit, compliance and operational finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and leadership capability
- High proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Strategic mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
