Regional Finance Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end reporting, consolidations, variance analysis, and management packs.
- Own the regions P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Partner with operations to monitor cost efficiency (labour productivity, machine uptime, cost/kg).
- Enforce procurement, payroll, and inventory controls, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and oversee acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
- Drive ESG compliance, SHEQ adherence, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Track and review sales performance, customer profitability, and commercial approvals.
- Manage working capital and cash flow in line with group policies.
- Lead, coach, and train the regional finance team on governance and accountability.
- Champion a culture of audit readiness, control discipline, and compliance across all functions.
- Grade 12 with a Finance/Accounting Degree or Diploma (Honours advantageous).
- Minimum 23 years management experience in a similar finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and company-related finance systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and confident working under pressure.
