Overview
Empact Group is looking for an innovative, experienced Executive Chef to join their Food Services business and bring new, delectable changes to our product offering.
Primarily you will be responsible for developing and planning menus, creating and standardising recipes as well as food purchase specification. You will also coordinate, execute, supervise and evaluate all the food production activities of a fast-paced operation at a Regional level. The Regional Executive Chef will assist in the management of strategic and day-to-day operations. You will lead a team of food specialists to ensure our product offering is maintained at the highest quality standard.
