As Eduvos expands its footprint and student funding initiatives, the need for a Regional Corporate Relations Officer focused on the Coastal regions has become essential. This role will drive regional engagement by establishing funding partnerships with local businesses, government bodies, and other stakeholders. The Officer will serve as the regional representative for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with corporate partners, funders and donors, promoting Eduvos' funding strategy and providing localized support for bursary students. This role supports Eduvos's mission to ensure greater access to education while ensuring accurate reporting and sustainable funding partnerships.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
3+ years in corporate fundraising, marketing or stakeholder engagement (education or NGO sector experience advantageous)
Proven track record of building partnerships and securing funding / sponsorshipsKnowledge of CSI / BBEEE / Skills development frameworks highly advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain corporate partnerships in the Coastal regions (Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Kwa-Zula Natal)
Identify and secure funding opportunities with regional businesses, government departments, NGO's and CSI departments.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to align student funding opportunities with funders' CSI or skills development mandates.
Represent Eduvos at regional events, conferences, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings to increase brand visibility and build networks
Develop localized engagement plans aligned to regional needs and funding priorities.
Support implementation and monitoring of bursary partnerships within the assigned regions.
Assist with student funding queries, ensuring funder and student satisfaction.
Liaise with internal teams to align regional efforts with national strategy.
Provide regional insights and feedback to the Corporate Relations Manager to inform decision-making.
Coordinate site visits and donor engagement activities within the regions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create persuasive collateral and case studies showcasing impact as well as content to be shared with stakeholders based on the funding triage.
Reporting and compliance includes:
+ Tracking and monitoring students to ensure compliance with funder agreements
+ Preparing accurate, timely reports and presentations for funders, including academic performance, attendance, and impact narratives
+ Ensure proper documentations and record-keeping for audits and future funding cycles
