REGIONAL COACH (RC)

We're looking for a
strategic leader
to oversee multiple areas, drivingoperational excellence, people capability, and guest satisfaction
. As Regional Coach, you'll ensure alignment between business strategy and execution, supporting Area Coaches to deliver consistent results across the region.Minimum Requirements
Matric/Grade 12 (essential) Tertiary qualification (preferred NQF 7) Leadership/People Management certification (advantageous) Minimum 10 years' experience in Quick Service Restaurants At least 5 years in a multi?unit management role (e.g., Area Coach, Cluster Manager) Advanced computer literacy Valid driver's licence
