What You'll Be Doing

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience in client onboarding, product rollout, or implementation within the travel industry - this is non-negotiable.
• Strong project management skills - you can plan, track, and deliver without dropping the ball.
• A solid grasp of process design and execution - you're not just following a playbook, you're helping write it.
• Comfortable working with tech (you don't need to code!) and bridging the gap between what users need and what the product offers.
• A warm, professional, and solution-oriented approach - you know how to build trust and keep clients engaged.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycles is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently within South Africa as required by project demands.

Reporting & Structure

• You'll report directly to the Managing Director.
• This is an individual contributor role - no team management required.
• You'll work cross-functionally with sales, tech, training, and support teams.
