R420 000 - R480 00
Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations across all regional branches.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Monitor fleet availability, vehicle maintenance, and logistics.
• Lead and support branch managers and their teams.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Manage regional budgets and control operational costs.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure accurate billing, reporting, and compliance with financial standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and service issues.
• Implement service improvement initiatives based on feedback and trends.
• Drive rental sales and meet regional revenue targets.
• Identify local market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee incident reporting, insurance claims, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure operational compliance.
• Provide performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Contribute to regional strategy and expansion plans.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

• Grade 12 / Matric is a must!
• Management qualification would be preferred
• 3 - 5 years Car rental / Frontline Customer Service Management experience
• Drivers' license is a must!
• Computer literate on Omnix would be advantageous
• Must have the ability to organise, multitask and priorities and able to work in pressurised environment.
• Willing to travel to various branches
• Able to work weekends / public holidays
