Job Description
Key Outputs
Target driven and seek to achieve above the required standards in collections and credit controlling.
Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
To be personally involved with the actioning of problematic accounts in branches.
To ensure that the company credit policies and procedures are effectively introduced and implemented.
Key Requirements
Must have at least a Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification.
Must have good communication skills and be able to motivate staff.
Have at least 5 years credit experience in a furniture retail business with nothing less than 2 years' experience in a management role.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Tertiary studies in Business Management is preferable.
Be able to set standards and implement collection drives on a Regional basis.
Able to work and perform under pressure.
This position will require extensive traveling and sleeping out from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R15000,00 - R16000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
