We are looking for a dynamic experienced recruitment/corporate communications manager to join our team. To really excel in this role you will need to be:

Key Requirements include:
  • Own Transportation to office

  • Previous experience in a similar role of 1-2 years minimum is required
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Create and distribute engaging and informative content to employees, potential candidates, and the general public.
  • Manage internal and external communication related to recruitment, including job postings, job fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Identify staffing needs within the organization and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
