WE'RE HIRING: Recruitment and training manager

Location: Cape Town

Position: Full-Time

Salary: R6000 - R8500 plus Performance Bonuses depending on experience.

We're looking for a Recruitment Officer with proven experience in recruiting and training call center agents within the debt management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment of sales and collections agents Screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates Delivering structured training programs for new and existing staff Monitoring agent performance and identifying upskilling needs Driving recruitment campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Ensuring compliance with HR and industry standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment and staff training, preferably in a call center or debt mediation environment Strong understanding of debt review, mediation, or credit industry processes Confident presenter and trainer - both in-person and online Tech-savvy with good knowledge of social media recruitment tools Organised, proactive, and results-driven
