In this role you will be responsible for recruitment across the Africa region. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, identify opportunities for improvement, continuously conduct efficiency and effectiveness analysis and deliver a growth strategy in an ever-changing region with various diverging markets.
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment processes for vacancies across all divisions and locations in Africa.
Design and execute recruitment strategies using both traditional methods and digital campaigns.
Champion effective use of the ATS, ensuring full compliance and consistency across the region.
Optimise ATS functionality to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate journey.
Produce monthly reports on analytics and insights on regional talent acquisition performance.
Manage relationships with third?party agencies, including engagement, contracting, and ongoing management.
Drive Diversity & Inclusion hiring efforts by creating strategies and tracking progress.
Oversee bulk hiring initiatives across the Africa region.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
Lead benchmarking activities, ensuring regional benchmarks are regularly reviewed and updated.
Lead the coordination of the Alumni programme for the Africa region.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Is an experienced recruitment professional with proven talent acquisition expertise; consultancy or construction experience is beneficial but not essential.
Excels in stakeholder management, building strong and trusted relationships.
Has managed the full end?to?end talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Is confident using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Has hands?on experience with ATS platforms, including reporting and collaborating with hiring managers.
Can influence effectively and build relationships at all organisational levels.
Understands talent acquisition regulations and compliance requirements.
Is familiar with best practice in designing, improving, and optimising recruitment processes and strategies.
