 Responsible for sourcing top talent
 Managing recruitment channels
 Negotiating offers
 Ensuring compliance
 Strategic planning, talent management, and effective communication
 Manage and keep current various recruitment advertising channels/pipelines (Website, Agencies, Internal Referrals, Internet Portals)
 Daily updating of recruitment statistics on MS Excel
 Ensure adherence to vetting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
 Conduct research on comparable salaries in the industry
 Manage international relocation and transfers as needed 
Minimum Requirements
 Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
 Specialization in Recruitment & Talent Management
 Focused, Target, and Performance Driven
 Excellent Writing & Communication Skills (English & Afrikaans)
 Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
 Team player
 Good understanding of Labour Law
 Experience in Technical Recruitment
 Proficient in Database Management
Working Hours:
 08h00 -17h00, Monday to Friday (subject to change) with core hours and flexi time, and may require over time as per project
