• Support recruitment consultants by researching candidate profiles and market insights
• Create and maintain accurate records of candidate data and sourcing activity
• Assist in preparing shortlists for various roles across sectors
• Track market trends and gather information on competitor hiring practices
• Communicate with candidates via email or LinkedIn to gauge interest and availability
• Collaborate with the broader team to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment support, resourcing, or administrative role
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or job board platforms (beneficial)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
