Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager leads talent acquisition strategy and execution, balancing hands-on hiring with team leadership and scalable recruitment operations. This role is responsible for building high-performing recruiter teams, driving hiring outcomes, and ensuring recruitment processes, systems, and standards support consistent delivery at scale.
You will own talent acquisition from planning through execution--partnering with stakeholders on hiring needs, leading recruiters, overseeing full-cycle recruitment, optimizing workflows, and using data to continuously improve performance. This role is ideal for recruitment leaders who enjoy coaching teams, driving results, and building structured, repeatable hiring engines in fast-moving environments.
