Job Description

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who is ambitious, energetic, and confident. The consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent for clients across Ireland, Europe, and the Philippines.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates across the utilities sector (telecoms, power, and light civils).
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and qualification to offer management and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, headhunting, and market mapping.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate with the dedicated Assessment Centre in the Philippines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Represent the company with energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
Essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and confident, with a proactive approach.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/CRM systems.
Desirable
  • Experience recruiting in the utilities, telecoms, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Existing network within Ireland, Europe, or the Philippines.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition trends and global recruitment practices.
