Education:
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Relevant Business Degree
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with placement partner is a plus.
