IT Recruitment Consultant (SAP Specialist)
Location: Parkmore, Sandton, Johannesburg
Working Hours: Full-time, Office-Based | UK HoursAbout the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sandton. In this role, you'll be working for a leading international recruitment company, focusing primarily on IT roles with a strong preference for experience in SAP recruitment.If you're passionate about headhunting, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have prior experience in a recruitment agency, this could be the perfect fit for you!Key Responsibilities:Source and headhunt top IT talent with a focus on SAP rolesConduct end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and onboardingBuild and maintain strong relationships with international clients and candidatesWrite compelling job adverts and post across relevant platformsUse LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to find and engage passive candidatesMaintain accurate candidate records and pipelinesWork collaboratively with internal teams to deliver top talent within tight deadlinesKeep up-to-date with market trends and SAP developmentsRequirements:2+ years of recruitment experience (agency experience is a strong advantage)Proven experience in headhunting, particularly within the IT or SAP spaceStrong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong administrative and organisational skillsMust be based in Johannesburg and able to work full-time from our Parkmore officeWhat Youll Get:Exposure to international clients and global recruitment processesThe chance to work with a collaborative, energetic, and experienced teamCareer development opportunities in a growing international companyA supportive, professional working environmentReady to take your IT recruitment career to the next level?
