As a Real Estate Agent turned Engineering Recruiter, you will leverage your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with engineering professionals, understanding their career aspirations and matching them with the right opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of the engineering industry and the ability to effectively identify and attract top engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top engineering talent using various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the highest level of candidate quality.
• Facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate evaluations, and managing job offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering professionals, providing ongoing career guidance and support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific engineering needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure effective talent acquisition.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and expand our client base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent.
• Strong understanding of the engineering industry and its technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
