Duties:
  • Client Engagement:
Understand Client Needs: Work closely with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements, company culture, and business goals

  • Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
Talent Identification: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screening and Evaluation: Assess candidate suitability through resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks. Evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Job Market Analysis:
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
  • Job Posting and Advertising:
Craft Compelling s: Create attractive and accurate job postings that effectively communicate the client's requirements and company culture.
Advertise Open Positions: Distribute job postings through various channels to maximize visibility and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Interview Coordination:
Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from both clients and candidates after interviews to refine the search process.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management:
Salary Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates regarding compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.
Offer Presentation: Present job offers to candidates and manage the acceptance or negotiation process
  • Administrative Tasks:
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interviews, and placements.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices
