The Role: Recruitment Consultant
This is a full-cycle recruitment role focused on sourcing, placing, and retaining high-quality healthcare professionals including nurses, HCAs, and specialists for healthcare facilities in Northern Ireland. You will work closely with both candidates and clients to ensure seamless placements while upholding the highest compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or agency staffing
  • Source, engage, and attract healthcare professionals via job boards, referrals, social media, and more
  • Conduct candidate interviews, screen for qualifications, and verify compliance documents
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and update databases consistently
  • Build and manage client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding for both clients and candidates
  • Meet performance KPIs including placements, time-to-fill, and compliance rates
  • Work closely with internal teams (compliance, payroll, operations) for seamless service delivery
  • Stay informed about healthcare recruitment trends in the Northern Ireland market
About You
  • 2-4 years proven recruitment experience
  • Full-cycle recruitment expertise from sourcing to placement
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and client-facing skills
  • Organised, target-driven, and able to manage deadlines
  • Experience with CRMs or ATS platforms
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (NMC, RQIA) is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable conducting video interviews and virtual meetings
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and making a meaningful impact
