About the role: You will be working with clients and candidates at the mid to senior level in the London market. You will operate your desk in one of the specialist markets and have the responsibility for growing this into a successful mini-business (with guidance of course). What we look for in Recruitment Consultants:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the Recruitment industry
• Proven business development skills, recruiting, account development and account management
• Self-confident, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and strong resilience
• Possess a positive and professional attitude
• Goal-focused and keen to progress both your knowledge and career
• Strong skills in instigating and then forging long-term client and candidate relationships
• Passionate about developing yourself.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a professional and driven sales role
• Attention to detail is critical

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and manages candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Ensures candidates always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service
• Develops a strong network of talent
• Serves clients, identifies their needs and provides feedback on the success of filling jobs
• Advises clients on a suitable recruitment strategy xe2x80x93 advertising/search etc
• Develops and manages client relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Proactively and consistently strives to identify and obtain new business opportunities
• Meets sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan
• Sources suitable vacancies in line with company policies Establishes and agrees on terms and conditions of service
• Identifies and attracts candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
