Summary Our client is a well-established offshore Talent Solutions firm, offering an exciting career opportunity for an Recruitment xe2x80x93 Delivery Consultant (Remote) with hands-on experience in placing talented Technical Staff in the US, UK, and Europe. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their robust recruitment team in the role of a 180 Delivery Consultant. In this position, you will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and delivery, collaborating closely with experienced team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting mid-management and C-Suite talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. Your experience working in the US and European markets will be an asset in this role. Key areas of expertise and exposure would be in the following recruitment and talent search: - Automation and AI - Change and Transformation - Digital Transformation - Operational Excellence - Leadership Appointments - Data Science and Analytics - Sales Leaders - Operations in Technology Key responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
- Analyze market data to provide insights on candidate availability, salary trends, and other relevant information
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and timely feedback
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and provide regular updates on candidate progress
- Ability to build strong working relationships with Clients contact point
- Create engaging and compelling job advertisements to attract top talent
- Implement effective communication strategies to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database xe2x80x93 Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data management policies
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and contribute to the development of tailored recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Initiative-taking and purposeful with a focus on exceeding targets
- Ability to work various time zones, London / USA / Europe
- Strong time management and understand the project timeliness and required deliverables
- Matric
- Diploma / BSC Human Resources or minimum of 6 years plus experience in a similar role
