Mirna Butler Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. - B Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
- Experience in a human resources / recruitment role
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Recruitment and selection
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good presentation skills
- Target driven
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate
- Customer service orientated
- Team player
- Sourcing and screening of candidates
- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing job advertisements on various job boards
- Negotiating job offers with candidates and clients, etc
Basic salary
Monthly incentives based on target
