About Us:



We're a fast-growing lead generation company looking for a confident and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. You'll play a key role in finding and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:



Write compelling job posts that attract the right candidates Screen resumes and applications quickly and effectively Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit Manage candidate databases and recruitment admin tasks at a fast pace Coordinate with hiring managers and keep the recruitment pipeline organized Support general HR/admin tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:



Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with candidates Strong organizational and admin skills; can work quickly without sacrificing quality Experience with writing job ads and screening candidates Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
