Role Overview:
The Recruitment and Selection Coordinator will manage and coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process for Molo Mhlaba NPC, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role requires a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can maintain recruitment standards, streamline processes, and support the organisation's human resource objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all organisational roles.
Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Liaise with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
Organise and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach activities to promote Molo Mhlaba NPC as an employer of choice.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Continuously assess recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, selection processes, and employment legislation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
High level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR/recruitment software.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
