Recruitment Analyst - JhbCompany Description-Talent Acquisition (TA) exists to maximize the effectiveness of our recruitment in relation to De Beers goals both as a business and as an employer. The objective is to see the successful delivery of a number of commitments to candidate experience, employee development, diversity, and effectiveness.The Recruitment Analyst will work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners to bring their resourcing knowledge to ensure that they are providing a positive and engaging candidate experience for their assigned area.To support the ambition to re-imagine the recruitment process, It is intended to facilitate a seamless end to end recruitment process utilising SmartRecruiters to streamline and harmonise the function across the business and to provide an enhanced candidate and hiring manager experience. -The Recruitment Analyst will work closely with the Hiring Managers and HR using their resourcing knowledge to ensure that they are delivering the right people and providing a positive and engaging candidate experience for their assigned area. They will be competent in the use of the recruitment technology, actively progressing candidates through their various statuses, offering advice and guidance to the candidates, BU, TA Leads and relevant hiring managers as required.Talent Acquisition Performance & DeliveryCreate and advertise new roles on our recruitment systems, ensuring all relevant information is included in the job descriptionCollaborate with hiring manager(s) to understand the brief of the role and the skills/capabilities requiredScreen CVs and job applications to determine if candidates are qualified for the roleSource potential candidates through online channels (i.e. social platform and professional networks) to proactively create a pipeline of candidates for rolesWork with the Sourcing Specialist(s) to assess the passive candidatexe2x80x99s talent pools, including Alumni, to understand if they are suitable for potential rolesConduct initial telephone interviews to create a shortlist of qualified candidates and share shortlists with hiring manager(s)Partner with GSS to manage interview schedules for candidates and hiring manager(s) to ensure a seamless service e.g., interview room booking, facilities management, using the recruitment technology solutionEngage Hiring Managers to obtain relevant interview questions & steer / conduct interviews.Ensure that candidates and their statuses are actively tracked in SmartRecruiter, to ensure it reflects where candidates are up to across the TA processCollate feedback from the Business Unit Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead(s) and hiring manager(s) and ensure appropriate & timely feedback is provided to candidatesUpload, build on and maintain internal talent pools/ database of relevant candidatesManage the assessment process aligning to the relevant framework to ensure candidates receive and undertake the right assessmentProvide relevant information to hiring manager(s) on interviewing techniques and assessment methods to build their capabilityManage the offer process for successful candidates coordinating with GSS PS to issue the offer letter and contractWork with HR administration to ensure seamless people processes and efficient candidate experienceAssist with administrative support in the recruitment process, including but not limited to booking interviews, communicating with candidates, candidate screening etc.Service ExcellenceEnsure the resourcing processing is completed to schedule and is accurate, work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition into the Onboarding processResponsible for the quality of hires as well as ensuring candidates and hiring manager(s) have a positive experienceAccurately enter data into the appropriate systems (ATS, Smartrecruiter)Resolve candidate and hiring manager queries at speed, to a high quality and with a professional serviceEscalate issues as required to Recruitment Specialist and / or TA PartnerTechnologyUtilise the full use of TA technology, including the ATS, SmartrecruiterSupport the continuous improvement in our TA systems and data, identifying risks/issues and areas of opportunities within the TA process & share with the TA Optimisation teamComplianceEnsure compliance requirements with external (legislative, regulatory etc.) requirements and internal AA standards, such as pre-screening and Smart recruiter managementPeople & TeamsBuild strong internal relationships across HR teams to maintain a view of talent priorities to understand potential future internal candidatesDemonstrate personal accountability for the performance of the TA team, including meeting agreed KPIs Qualifications-Human Resources or relevant Bachelor degree qualification or equivalent experience with a sound knowledge of Recruitment, HR legislation, HR and recruiting policies and procedures4+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in end to end internal recruitment or agency recruitmentDemonstrable knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements, selection guidelines and legislation regarding employment practicesExperience in enabling technology to deliver recruitment servicesDemonstrate capability to use recruitment systems and tools including social media and AI, social networking, job boards, referrals and our internal network to source prospective talent and capturing the information in our Applicant Tracking SystemExhibit knowledge of hiring practices, tracking processes for applicants and open positions and recruiting metricsGood understanding of the mining industry and industry trendsStrong PC skills, with a confident approach working with MS Office, and applicant tracking systemsSkilled in competency-based interviewing Additional Information-Who we are:Established in 1888, De Beers Group is the worldxe2x80x99s leading diamond company with unrivalled expertise in the exploration, mining, sorting, valuing, selling and marketing of diamonds.
