- Capture candidate information accurately into our database system
- Conduct employment references in a thorough and timely manner
- Assist in recruitment-related activities
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all interactions
- Matric
- Computer literate
- Strong administrative skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Upholds integrity and maintains confidentiality at all times
