Job Overview
Remote Recruitment is looking for a highly organized and motivated Recruitment Administration Manager to oversee our recruitment administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of our recruitment processes, managing a team of administrators, and optimizing our administrative functions to support the overall recruitment strategy.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment administration and management, who is passionate about processes and team success. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the recruitment administration team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the recruitment administrative processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment databases.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for recruitment administration functions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to recruitment administration and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment administration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS systems.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a dispersed team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
