The Recruiter at IconAF is responsible for, attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities & Duties
The responsibility of the Junior Recruiter is not exhaustive and may change from time to time as decided by Management.
People Responsibility:
Identify Hiring needs and fill job openings
Identifying future hiring needs.
designing and drafting job descriptions,
Sourcing candidates through databases and social media
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Send out timely communication to candidates and to the stakeholders involved in the
Process.
Completing recruitment trackers and reports
Preparing for training groups timeously (Attendance register, training tracker)
Communicate the start of the training group to all the relevant stakeholders timeously.
Business Responsibility:
Keeping abreast of employment law and legislation
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Post adverts on suitable platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pnet, etc.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring manager and any others involved in the hiring process.
Completing recruitment trackers and reports
Managing background checks and reference checks
Adhere to admin deadlines in submitting documents and reports:
Recruitment tracker and reports
Attendance register on the first day of training and training admin.
Resource Management (Printing paper etc.)
