  • Knowledge of labour regulations, compliance, and TES administration.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar roles across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for temporary and contract assignments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver efficient staffing solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from advertising to placement.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and TES requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and placements on recruitment systems.
