Our client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Advisor) to join their dynamic, growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the overall project delivery in accordance with Company, Client and industry requirements. This position is based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Full end to end recruitment of roles within an engineering consultancy and EPCM (and related areas such as project services and corporate shared services), from advertising to interviewing and offer management.
  • Management of all other aspects for your designated portfolio, including role briefs, attending senior leadership meetings, presenting hiring strategies and advice, social channel branding, utilising online reference checking & assessment tools, attending careers fairs & university open days.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to understand and prioritise the talent requirements of the business, working collaboratively to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Utilisation of modern ATS + CRM tech (LiveHire) that truly makes your role of candidate engagement and management so much easier.
  • Contribute to the development of engagement strategies, creating a point of difference in the market through our candidate experience.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
  • Open to all levels of recruitment experience, we value the ability to learn, grow, and apply skills where they bring the most value.
  • Prior experience in agency or in-house recruitment is required. Exposure to technical or engineering roles is advantageous but not essential.
  • Genuine passion for talent acquisition, with a people-first mindset and the ability to engage authentically.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Enthusiasm for working with modern, intuitive, and efficient recruitment technologies, including advanced ATS platforms.
