Who We're Looking For
You're a professional recruiter or talent sourcer with excellent phone communication skills. You know how to qualify candidates, dig deeper, and identify real experience -- even when a resume looks thin. You'll be speaking with independent U.S.-based landmen and lease agents, so your tone must be warm, confident, and informed -- never robotic or transactional.
Oil & gas experience is not necessary -- we'll train you. But you must have experience in recruiting or staffing, and be able to adapt quickly to industry terminology and job functions.
What You'll Do
Call and screen U.S. landmen for lease, title, and acquisition projects
Ask smart questions to verify project experience, availability, and skills
Track candidate responses and maintain detailed notes in recruiting software
Support onboarding: resume collection, W-9s, paperwork coordination
Work closely with the VP of Talent Management to align with hiring goals
What You Bring
Fluent English with a clear, professional, and relatable tone
1+ year experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent placement, or BPO staffing
Comfortable conducting phone screens and follow-ups with experienced U.S. professionals
Organized and tech-proficient: spreadsheets, CRMs, ATS platforms
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn about the U.S. land services industry
Bonus if You Have:
Experience recruiting U.S.-based field workers, technicians, or contractors
Familiarity with oil & gas, real estate, energy, or legal recruiting
Experience working across time zones with remote U.S. teams
