Minimum 4 years recruitment and selection of professionals and officials within the mining and related industries
Minimum 2 years working experience within an agency environment including use of an automated applicant tracking system
Proven track record of success with targets consistently being achieved essential
Hands on experience with various selection processes (creating screening forms, virtual interviewing, vetting credentials etc)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc)
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Strong time management, follow-through, and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, collaboration, presentation, organisation, decision-making and project, management/ planning skills
A desire to share ideas and knowledge
Must have the flexibility and ability to travel periodically depending on business needs, with some overnight stay required
Intermediate to Advanced Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams)
Duties:
Prepare targeted job adverts on appropriate job portals, print media and effective screening of responses
Screen, select, qualify, interview candidates to produce a shortlist and format CVs in line with Company's best practice within the expected time frame.
Ensure that candidates are prepared for interviews at least 48 hours before attending the interviews with clients (sharing job specification, Company information, culture of environment and interview style etc.)
Ensuring all verifications are completed on successful candidates - well prior to appointment
Building and maintaining relationships with target candidates and stakeholders
Monitor, maintain contact with and report on candidate's progress throughout the application and placement up to 3 months of employment
Ability to generate own leads to grow client base relevant to business goals
Marketing of candidates to potential clients when required
Be present and a supporter on select client interview dates for the candidates and client
Identify and develop specific recruiting initiatives to build an ongoing, ready pipeline of qualified candidates
Regularly maintaining and ensure accurate upkeep of the applicant tracking system
Develop and maintain a xe2x80x9cRecruiting Toolboxxe2x80x9d of ideas, flyers, pamphlets, and methods that can be used to meet recruiting need and area/ location
Proactively improve recruiting processes by identifying
opportunities that need refinement
Ensure adherence to internal standards regarding resourcing, selection, screening and vetting
Report on daily or weekly progress, success and challenges
Complete activity sheet for output monitoring purposes
