Job Description
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring smooth daily operations, and assisting with HR functions across the company. This is a dynamic position suited to someone who enjoys people, processes, and precision.
Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding). Maintain an updated database of candidates and ensure compliance with company policies and POPIA regulations. Build relationships with universities, job portals, and professional networks to source top talent. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines. Assist in drafting and publishing engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
HR Administration
Assist with maintaining accurate employee records (contracts, FFC renewals, certifications, etc.). Support performance review and appraisal cycles. Help coordinate staff training, team events, and wellness initiatives. Track employee leave, attendance, and compliance documentation. Assist in drafting HR letters, warnings, and correspondence when needed. Maintain confidentiality and uphold company HR policies.
General Administration
Provide administrative support to management and the wider team. Prepare reports, meeting notes, and recruitment dashboards. Liaise with finance and compliance departments for onboarding and offboarding processes. Handle office coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and maintaining shared documents.

Pay: R15000,00 - R18000,00 per month
